Lifestyle Consultant – Massage Heights Ingersoll We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives in a consultative environment. If you have experience selling memberships, high-end wellness services, or premium products (not just ringing up transactions), we want to hear from you.
As a Lifestyle Consultant at Massage Heights, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their wellness goals, recommending tailored membership options, and driving sales. If you're passionate about health and wellness, skilled at building relationships, and love helping people invest in self-care, this is the opportunity for you.

Schedule & Availability
- Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours
- Saturday availability is required
- 15-20hrs per week (increased hours over the holidays)
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through effective membership and service recommendations
- Engage guests with thoughtful questions to understand their needs and match them with the right wellness solutions
- Provide exceptional service, including clear and professional phone and in-person communication
- Educate guests on the benefits of consistent massage and skincare as part of a healthy lifestyle
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Sales & Service Experience – Prior experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required
- Strong Interpersonal Skills – Comfortable initiating conversations and building lasting relationships
- Results-Oriented – Motivated by achieving goals, earning commissions, and growing professionally
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Able to learn point-of-sale and scheduling systems quickly
- Problem Solver – Calm and solution-focused when handling guest concerns
