BuyCellFix is looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help grow our brand across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, filming videos, staying on top of trends, and helping build a strong local brand. The successful candidate will work directly alongside the CEO and Director to develop content strategies, create engaging videos, and help expand BuyCellFix's presence across multiple social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience while contributing directly to the growth of a rapidly expanding business. Responsibilities Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Film and edit short-form videos showcasing repairs, device sales, accessories, promotions, and daily store operations. Work directly with the CEO and Director to plan, organize, and execute content ideas. Participate in content shoots and assist in developing creative concepts and marketing campaigns. Create graphics, promotional materials, and social media posts using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Write engaging captions and post content consistently across social media platforms. Manage and schedule social media content. Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions and respond professionally. Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates. Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, repairs, customers, and store activities. Assist with promotional campaigns, giveaways, contests, and special events. Brainstorm and present new content ideas to help grow BuyCellFix's online presence. Collaborate on brand-building initiatives and help bring creative visions to life. Qualifications Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube. Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools. Strong photography and videography skills. Comfortable filming content and appearing on camera when needed. Excellent communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas regularly. Ability to work independently and stay organized.
