About the role

The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing team to support Q-Line’s brand presence, customer outreach, recruitment marketing, and event coordination.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who enjoys creating content, asking good questions, staying organized, and turning ideas into useful marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, one-pagers, case studies, sales decks, and customer-facing collateral.

  • Draft social media content, especially for LinkedIn, to support Q-Line’s visibility in key industries.

  • Support blog posts, thought-leadership content, and industry-focused storytelling.

  • Maintain and organize marketing materials, proposal templates, and brand resources.

  • Gather stories and information from across the organization, including operations, drivers, leadership, and customer-facing teams.

  • Support outbound campaigns, email content, LinkedIn outreach, landing pages, and account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor inbound lead activity and share insights with the Business Development team.

  • Contribute to driver recruitment marketing and employer brand content.

  • Support trade shows and industry events, including booth materials, logistics, prospect lists, and follow-up.

  • Help track event results, lead activity, and campaign performance.

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Examples of writing, design, content, or campaign work, including school, volunteer, or side projects.
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for clear, professional presentation.
  • Comfort using tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms, or scheduling tools.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative attitude and confidence working with different teams.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to dig deeper, ask questions, and learn the business.
