Job Description
Summary:
Responsible for supporting the commercial and development business operations.
Essential Functions:
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Manage the forecasting process with inputs from Demand/Supply and ES&OP
- Consolidate all Revenue and P&L information to perform S&OP 18 months rolling forecast
including extended risks and opportunities for the site.
Operational Excellence/Value Capture
- Act as Key Finance Partner for Leadership team. Provides leadership in the identification and
delivery of procurement savings.
- Prepare monthly reporting and identify trends, areas of opportunity (risk), and recommendations.
Budget
- Manage the site budgeting process.
Cost Management
- Responsible for monthly cost and FTE review with variances versus objectives/targets.
- Responsible for monthly cost management template collection with YTG forecast and Risks &
Opportunities. Reconcile FTE and report. Investigate and understand variances and get in touch
with the Cost Centre Owners for action planning.
Other
- Responsible to perform Capital Financial Evaluation through IRR, ROI, NPV, etc. for the site.
- Drive Financial Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvements projects by leading or being a
key contributor as required.
- Manage competing priorities to meet tight deadlines where the normal f low of information is
interrupted in order to address critical questions which arise from other members of the
Management or Finance team.
- Support other FP&A requests required by Sr Manager, Finance.
