Consumer Service Representative (Temporary Contract)
Montreal, QC (On-site) About EI Brand Management Inc. EI Brand Management Inc. is a leading distributor of premium juvenile and consumer brands throughout Canada. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Consumer Service team on a temporary contract to support increased business demands.
Position Summary
As a Consumer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support to consumers across multiple premium brands. You will communicate by phone, email, and other digital channels, helping customers with product information, troubleshooting, warranty inquiries, and replacement parts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to consumer inquiries via phone and email Assist customers with warranty claims and product troubleshooting Process replacement part requests and service cases Enter and maintain accurate customer records Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction Follow established customer service procedures and policies Qualifications Previous customer service experience (call centre experience is an asset) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems an asset) Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive attitude with strong attention to detail What We Offer Temporary contract with immediate start Monday to Friday schedule Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to gain experience with leading consumer brands Potential for contract extension based on business needs If you enjoy helping customers and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Le ou la titulaire du poste offrira un service exceptionnel aux consommateurs de plusieurs marques haut de gamme. Vous répondrez aux demandes par téléphone, courriel et autres canaux numériques concernant les produits, le dépannage, les garanties et les pièces de remplacement. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne dynamique qui aime résoudre des problèmes et offrir une excellente expérience client.

Répondre aux demandes des consommateurs par téléphone et par courriel Traiter les réclamations de garantie et les demandes de pièces de remplacement Assister les consommateurs dans le dépannage des produits Saisir et maintenir les dossiers des clients avec précision Collaborer avec les différents départements afin de résoudre les situations des clients Offrir un service professionnel et courtois Respecter les politiques et procédures du service à la clientèle Qualifications Expérience en service à la clientèle (centre d'appels, un atout) Excellentes aptitudes de communication en français et en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (CRM, un atout) Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et sens de l'analyse Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique Attitude positive, professionnelle et souci du détail Ce que nous offrons Contrat temporaire avec entrée en fonction immédiate Horaire du lundi au vendredi Environnement de travail collaboratif Expérience auprès de marques reconnues Possibilité de prolongation selon les besoins de l'entreprise Si vous aimez aider les clients et souhaitez faire partie d'une équipe dynamique, nous serions heureux de recevoir votre candidature.
