Role: Private Equity Professional (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $100 - $144/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Private Equity Associate to evaluate and execute investment opportunities in high-growth technology businesses. The role involves conducting rigorous financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management for a global investment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities in technology sectors.
- Lead due diligence efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial statement review.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to structure deals, negotiate terms, and present investment recommendations.
- Monitor portfolio companies, track performance metrics, and prepare quarterly investment updates for stakeholders.
- Assist in sourcing new deals through networking, market research, and engagement with entrepreneurs and intermediaries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development within technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and DCF analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
- Experience conducting due diligence, including financial, operational, and strategic reviews.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations and negotiations.
- Prior exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or other high-growth technology business models.
