Seaway Valley Community Health Centre (SVCHC) is recruiting for a Clinical Manager - Primary Care (Full-Time, Permanent) position.

The Clinical Manager, Primary Care, provides leadership and support to the interdisciplinary primary care team, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Pharmacists, Clinical Coordinators, and administrative staff. Working in partnership with the Clinical Coordinator, who oversees day-to-day clinical operations, the Clinical Manager is responsible for staff supervision, workforce planning, service coordination, and ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality, client-centered primary care services. The role supports efficient use of resources across sites and promotes a collaborative, team-based approach to care. Reporting to the Director of Programs and Services and QI, the Clinical Manager works closely with leaders across the organization to support program and organizational priorities. As a member of the leadership team, the Clinical Manager contributes to quality improvement, performance monitoring, service planning, and operational decision-making, while representing the needs and perspectives of the primary care team. The role promotes continuous improvement, evidence-informed practice, and strong alignment between clinical services and organizational goals.
