Job Description

About the Role

The Junior Treasury Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Treasury team with daily cash management, banking operations, and financial reporting. The analyst also helps maintain accurate records, prepares reports for management, and ensures compliance with internal controls and company policies. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting who are eager to develop their skills in corporate treasury. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in ensuring the company’s liquidity and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report daily cash positions and balances across multiple bank accounts.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to ensure optimal use of company funds.
  • Prepare and process electronic funds transfers, wire payments, and other banking transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and support month-end closing activities.
  • Support the preparation of treasury reports and analyses for management review.
  • Assist with the administration of banking documentation and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in treasury-related projects and process improvements as assigned.
  • Communicate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting (experience with Diapason or Oracle preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with treasury management systems or ERP software.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
