YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Review and update the Primary Market Area of the dealers to consider the latest dealer network changes, the market evolution and the customer behaviors
Analyze the network coverage in each market and determine the optimal network coverage for our different product lines
Determine the areas where we lack representation and the areas where we might be overrepresented to optimize our industry coverage, our dealer value proposition and be competitive in the market versus our competition
Integrate many internal and external variables (demographic, economic, contextual, industry, geographic, etc.) in the analysis and decision-making process
Consider the omni channel retail sales experience and the different strategies which will allow optimal customer access to BRP products
Create scalable Sales Force Lightning and Power BI reports, scorecards and dashboards for end customers
Be a key player in projects aiming to increase BRP’s dealer network profitability and efficiency
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data using advanced analytics and statistical techniques to guide business strategies
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business, engineering or equivalent experience;
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Bilingualism required, written and spoken (French and English) in order to communicate with dealers outside Quebec on a daily basis.
Highly proficient in using Sales Force Lightning and Power BI to create reports and dashboards
Advanced-level skills in MS Suite and SQL
Knowledge of mapping tools and SAP an asset
Experience in computer programming an asset
Strong data related analytical, critical thinking, flexibility and problem-solving skills
The ability to prioritize, organize, learn quickly, work independently and in a team
Leadership and attention to details is a must
