Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, globally mindedLearning & Development Specialist (REMOTE)to join our Talent Success team on a12-month fixed term contract. This role plays a critical part in supporting two key global HR initiatives: the annual compliance training program and the global talent review cycle.

Working with stakeholders across38 countries and more than 11,000 employees, this position will help ensure smooth execution of enterprise learning programs and talent processes by leveraging digital platforms, strong project coordination skills, and thoughtful global communication.

##Key Responsibilities:

##Global Compliance Training Implementation

  • Support theannual rollout and management of global compliance trainingfor 11,000+ employees across 38 countries.
  • Monitor and report on training progress and completion rates usingPower BI, ensuring visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR teams, managers, and business leaders globally to drive100% completion of required training.
  • Develop and deliver clear communications and reminders to employees and stakeholders regarding training expectations and timelines.
  • Professionally manageescalations related to overdue training, ensuring compliance while maintaining strong working relationships.

Global Talent Review Cycle Support

  • Assist in the administration of theglobal talent review process, supporting leaders and HR Business Partners worldwide.
  • Configure and test workflows and data collection processes withinWorkday.
  • Develop and updatetraining materials and reference guidesusing PowerPoint, Word, and PDF
  • Track and analyze participation and key talent metrics usingPower BIdashboards and reports.
  • Coordinate with managers and HR Business Partners across regions to ensure they understand the process and have the data needed to conduct meaningful talent discussions.

Required qualifications:

  • Advanced skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a global organization or across international team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience using Workday for talent processes.
  • Experience supporting global compliance training programs.
  • Experience with talent review or talent management processes.
  • Comfort interpreting HR data and presenting insights through dashboards and reports.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $78,000.00 - $104,000.00 CAD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This compensation range does not take into account other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
