Research assistant to help Professor Bjorklund with projects related to reform of investor state dispute settlement, sanctions in international arbitration, and the preparation of keynote speeches on innovations in commercial and investment arbitration. Work could also extend to other projects including preparation of a casebook on international investment law.
5-10 hours a week

Assistant de recherche pour aider le professeur Bjorklund dans le cadre de projets liés à la réforme du règlement des différends entre investisseurs et États, aux sanctions dans l'arbitrage international et à la préparation de discours liminaires sur les innovations en matière d'arbitrage commercial et d'investissement. Le travail pourrait également s'étendre à d'autres projets, notamment la préparation d'un recueil de jurisprudence sur le droit international des investissements.
