About the role

Alphanumeric is hiring a Project Manager for Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures (MA&D) with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry . The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager will be to work on a merger project for one of the biggest Pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Please be aware that we can only hire people already based in Canada with fully legal and valid documentation to work in Canada. Please apply with your CV in English, as some of the managers might not speak French.

This position requires fluent English language skills, both verbal and written, because it reports to stakeholders, managers, and clients outside of Quebec, where the environment requires communications in English.

Requirements :

  • Available for frequent workshops and planning sessions
  • Able to meet aggressive timelines and commitments
  • Able to create and manage budgets
  • Able to communicate to Executive Level Representatives and Key Stakeholders
  • Strong Network Infrastructure Background in IT and OT Networks
  • Understand Floor and As Built maps and plans
  • For laboratory environments, strong familiarity with lab systems, equipment, and applications
  • Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Building Management Systems
  • Understand Data Disposition processes
  • Familiarity with Security Systems, Badge Readers, Cameras, and Security Operations Requirements
  • Understand Storage and Hosting -Cloud and On Prem
  • Understand Transition Services Agreements (TSA)
  • Change Control and Risk Assessments
  • IP Telephony Systems
  • AV and Digital Signage
  • Understanding of GSK Branding
