About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Owner to join our Wealth Product team, discovering and delivering solutions for Manulife’s Canadian Wealth business. This role is pivotal in shaping, prioritizing and executing our roadmap to optimize CRM capabilities for both our employee and independent wealth advisor channels, enabling seamless advisor experiences and driving business outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drive discovery and solution design with stakeholders; translate business needs into high-quality, feasible requirements.
- Lead customer-centric design and data-driven decision-making; run experiments, A/B tests, and pilots to validate value.
- Lead backlog management: author epics/stories, maintain clear acceptance criteria, and ensure continuous prioritization aligned to business OKRs and KPIs.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and Salesforce admins to deliver iterative releases using Agile/Scrum.
- Identify resource needs for implementation and establish roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
- Oversee and manage implementation support, including triaging system issues and prioritizing resolution steps, while partnering with support teams to execute change readiness, training/enablement and user adoption.
- Plan and execute measurement solutions to determine success and oversee ongoing improvement, as necessary.
- Partner with leadership on the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for CRM capabilities.
- Provide effective and regular communication within the implementation team, stakeholders, sponsors and management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree.
- 5–10+ years experience in product management or product ownership in enterprise CRM/service domains, preferably in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong understanding of wealth management business models, including both employee and independent advisor channels.
- Proven experience in executing complex, multi-dimensional technology and business process initiatives within an agile methodology framework.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management (both internal and external). Collaborative mindset with good persuasion and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to influence and drive sustainable change across a diverse set of constituents.

Salary range is expected to be between
$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
