About the Team & Business Line:

The Investor Services Product Group consists of a team of people primarily coming from business operations to further enhance the service offering to our clients. The team members are specialized in the various applications that are used throughout the Citco Fund Services Division, like AExeo Investor, and the client portal CitcoOne.

The Investor Services Product Group provides business services to the CFS operations globally, in relation to the usage and further development of the various applications in line with the product development strategy. Each of the platforms is continuously subject to further development to keep up with an ever-evolving business environment.

The Investor Services Product Group has a team of specialists (Subject Matter Experts – SME) who are constantly working with business operations and the development teams to develop or enhance features, which can be driven by specific clients, business operations or regulatory changes.

Within the Investor Services Product Group, there is a vacancy for a Senior Product Specialist who will be joining to primarily work on the development and Support of AXI with a focus on the Investor Services Functionality

Your Role:

  • Reviewing business requirements to create, and run, test cases for development items
  • Open, and manage, Defects that result from testing
  • Explain and train users on complex functions in AXI
  • Create documentation and provide training for new features
  • Daily support of user queries and issues
  • Identify potential risks, or areas for improvement
  • Work as an integral part of the Investor Services Products Group

About You:

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to handle a steep learning curve for new systems and functions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a Business, Economics or Commerce program.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, verbal and written
  • 1-2 yrs experience in Software QA/UAT testing
  • Previous experience in customer service/IT support an asset
  • Requires knowledge of SQL, Agile, JIRA
