About the Role
The Campaign Specialist is an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for supporting the execution of multi-channel campaigns in line with business strategy. This role focuses on driving customer engagement and lead generation through collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Support the creation and management of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with messaging and quality standards.
- Help coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
- Contribute to defining campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging under guidance from senior leadership.
- Support lead generation strategies across email, social media, webinars, and events.
- Assist with paid media, retargeting, and lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to ensure alignment and consistency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in campaign management or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of digital channels such as email, social, and online advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; project management tool experience a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience coordinating tradeshows, webinars, or events.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Copywriting or content editing skills.
Compensation
The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $60,000 to $65,000 CAD annually.
Quadient CXM Canada, Inc. and Quadient Canada, Ltd. have standard ranges for all Canadian-based roles, benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth stage. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the range listed.
