About the Role:
As a CBRE Document Services Associate, you will oversee and coordinate document administrative services for a designated location, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function, or individual contributor.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and maintain comprehensive filing systems, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
Review, categorize, and file various types of materials; conduct research related to materials as needed.
Transfer and verify information from reports, files, and other documents into master code sheets, ledgers, journals, and other recordkeeping systems.
Prepare, issue, and manage bills, invoices, and other payment records for billable documents or services.
Oversee mail management, office supplies, opera?on of office equipment, and typing tasks.
Identify and resolve straightforward problems using existing procedures, with opportunities to exercise discretion.
Ensure impact through clearly defined du?es, methods, and tasks described in detail.
Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under moderate supervision and guidance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless document services operations.
Assist in training new staff members on document services procedures and best practices.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow and improve basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information and provide guidance to team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills, with the ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of document management systems and best practices in records management.
Experience working with Printing, lamination, and binding equipment.
