As a full-time Service Coordinator, you’ll organize schedules and create great matches between our caregivers and clients. Our goal is simple: provide the best experience for our clients and team. What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate care, ensuring great service for clients
- Monitor attendance, handle last-minute changes, and participate in on-call duties (1-2 evenings per week and every 3rd - 5th weekend)
- Maintain accurate schedules, client records, and care documentation
- Support the care team with visits, introductions, and communications among clients, families, and caregivers
When On-Call You Will
- Handle last minute call-outs and schedule changes
- Resolve issues that arise
- Answer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and follow up on missed clock ins/outs
- Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding changes
Job Requirements
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license is an asset
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Administrative experience is an asset
