About the role
The Recruiter will focus on managing the full cycle of recruiting (from hiring to onboarding), including creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. The Recruiter will work closely with the HR Manager and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to build trusting relationships with hiring managers, helping them understand and anticipate their operational and workforce needs. The professional will join a team of dedicated professionals in a non-profit environment, enabling the organization to achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities

Work in the full cycle of recruitment (posting positions, recruiting and selecting new volunteers);

Help create job descriptions;

Research new sources of recruitment;

Obtaining candidates through databases and social media, documenting documents and following the laws;

Increase the efficiency of sourcing channels/methods to ensure open positions are filled in a timely, cost-effective manner with the right candidates

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation;

Provide follow-up for approved and not approved candidates

Maintain proactive and consistent communication by checking and responding to email and Slack messages frequently, ensuring timely updates and collaboration with the team

Suggest and implement improvement projects for the recruitment and selection process, focusing on efficiency, candidate experience, and alignment with the organization's culture.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s in HR, psychology or related discipline;
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruiting, HR or related corporate experience;
-
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Proficiency in Portuguese is mandatory.

Great time management, self-management and multitasking skills;
-
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills;
-
Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with different people across the organization;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
