Dealer Channel Sales Manager – North America
Condoplex Monitoring Systems Inc.
Etobicoke, Ontario | Hybrid | Full-time | North American travel
About Condoplex
Condoplex is an established Canadian manufacturer of integrated security and communication systems for condominiums and multi-residential buildings. For more than 40 years, we have worked with dealers and clients across North America to deliver suite communication panels, access-control equipment, intercoms, entry systems, wireless safety devices and related building technologies. We are looking for an experienced Dealer Channel Sales Manager to strengthen our dealer relationships, advance active opportunities and grow sales across our North American client base.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor sales position with no direct reports at present. Your initial focus will be managing existing dealer relationships and advancing current sales opportunities—not high-volume cold prospecting. You will receive structured onboarding from senior leadership, learn our products and sales process, and assume responsibility for an assigned portfolio of dealer accounts across Canada and the United States.
We need someone who follows up consistently, understands what may be delaying a decision and takes ownership of moving opportunities forward.
What You’ll Do
Manage the complete quote-to-close process for an assigned portfolio of North American dealer accounts. Follow up consistently on open quotations and active sales opportunities. Identify obstacles affecting purchasing decisions and work with dealers and internal teams to resolve them. Develop strong, long-term relationships with dealer owners, sales representatives and project teams. Become the dealer’s primary commercial contact for pricing, proposals, product availability and order coordination. Conduct virtual and in-person dealer meetings across different regions and time zones. Coordinate with technical support, engineering and production when dealers require technical information. Maintain accurate opportunities, activities, next steps and sales forecasts in the company CRM. Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing dealer accounts. Provide dealer and market feedback to help inform pricing, product and channel strategies. Introduce Condoplex to potential new dealers and markets where appropriate. Travel throughout North America for dealer meetings, training sessions, industry events and important sales opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Three or more years of successful B2B sales experience. Experience working with dealers, distributors, resellers or channel partners is strongly preferred. A demonstrated ability to advance opportunities, negotiate effectively and close business. Experience managing accounts across multiple territories or regions. Strong relationship-management and customer-service skills. A professional, responsive and persistent communication style. The discipline to manage follow-ups, next steps and forecasts consistently in a CRM. Comfortable learning and selling technical products. Able to coordinate effectively with technical, engineering, production and administrative teams. Based in Ontario and able to work in a hybrid environment. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel within Canada and the United States. A valid passport or the ability to obtain the required travel documentation. A long-term mindset and a desire to build meaningful dealer relationships.
Experience with security, access control, intercoms, low-voltage systems, building technology or electronics manufacturing would be an asset, but is not required. Product and industry training will be provided.
How the Role Can Grow
You will begin with an assigned dealer portfolio and a structured introduction to Condoplex’s products, relationships and sales process.
As you demonstrate results, you can earn greater autonomy, responsibility for additional territories and accounts, and increased earning potential.
As Condoplex grows across North America, other opportunities may emerge in strategic account management, channel development or sales leadership. Any future responsibilities will depend on individual performance, capabilities, interests and the needs of the business.
Compensation
Competitive base salary Uncapped commission Vehicle allowance Employee benefits Increased earning potential as your account portfolio and sales results grow
Why Join Condoplex? Take ownership of an established North American dealer portfolio and active sales opportunities. Represent proven Canadian technology with more than 40 years in the market. Receive direct product and account training from senior leadership. Work with experienced engineering, production and technical-support teams. Build long-term dealer relationships rather than relying exclusively on cold prospecting. Help expand the reach of a Canadian manufacturer across North America. Grow your responsibilities and earning potential based on results.
