Reporting: Operations Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday, occasional Wednesday. 6:30am start

Summary:
The Executive Assistant manages the day-to-day administrative and time management activities for both the President and Chief Financial Officer. This includes calendar management, meeting preparation, social media presence, administrate policies and procedures, general office administration, document preparation, communications support, and other professional support.

Responsibilities:
In the position of Peel DZ Swing Driver. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Must comply with all Miller Waste System and Provincial health and safety policies and procedures.
• Operating of a Front-End, Rear Loader, Side/Top Loader Trucks is substantial.
• Excellent knowledge of and be familiar with Peel Region/GTA West areas is preferred.
• Customer Service should meet their contractual requirements and schedules.
• Physically fit is an asset to safely push and pull various sizes and weights of containers in and out of enclosures/rooms. Unlocking and locking of containers and enclosures/rooms.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer services skills.
• Meeting or exceeding performance expectations, through proven results.

Competencies & Qualifications:

• Must have a valid DZ Driver’s Licence.
• A clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR, is a necessity.
• Organizational skills should be exceptional.
• A minimum of 1 year of Front-End experience is a must.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility and work schedule should coincide with necessary start and end times.
• Working overtime, Saturdays and Statutory Holidays is a must.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
• Must maintain excellent attendance and performance record.
