Satori Health’s Greenview Health Centre is looking for a full-time Medical Office Assistant to join our team on a one-year contract.
As the first point of contact, you’ll greet patients, manage appointments, support our physicians, and help keep the clinic running smoothly. If you’re organized, compassionate, and thrive in a busy environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Bring

MOA, Medical Secretary, or Unit Clerk diploma

Previous MOA experience is strongly preferred due to the fast-paced nature of this clinic

Excellent organizational and client service skills

Experience with Accuro or Connect Care is an asset

Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
