About the role
Sous la supervision de la Directeur des ventes , l’Agent(e) au Service à la Clientèle a la responsabilité d’offrir à la clientèle anglophone et francophone de Physipro un service personnalisé et adapté à ses besoins.
Il ou elle développe des relations étroites et de confiances avec les différents partenaires d’affaires. De la soumission à la facturation en passant par le service après-vente, l’Agent(e) au Service à la Clientèle assure un suivi rigoureux à ses clients dans chacune de ces étapes et met l’emphase sur la satisfaction de ceux-ci.
De plus, l’Agent(e) au Service à la Clientèle récolte les commentaires et les suggestions des clients qui permettront l’amélioration continue de nos processus de gestion.
Exigences
- Être une personne organisée et responsable;
- Faire preuve de professionnalisme et de sérieux;
- Savoir gérer les priorités et la pression;
- Avoir d’excellentes aptitudes de communication en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Avoir une très bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Under the supervision of the Administrative Director , the Senior Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing Physipro ‘s English-speaking and French-speaking clientele with personalized service tailored to their needs.
He or she develops close relationships and trust with the various business partners. From submission to invoicing to after-sales service, the Senior Customer Service Agent ensures rigorous follow-up to his customers in each of these stages and emphasizes the satisfaction of those this.
In addition, the Senior Customer Service Agent collects customer feedback and suggestions that will enable continuous improvement of our management processes.
