###The Opportunity

BRC is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focusedCustomer Experience Specialistto join our growing team.

In this role, you will manage the full order lifecycle—from initial order entry through to delivery—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking to develop and refine their customer experience and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

###What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and sales teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the 2020 system
  • Coordinate and manage all assigned orders from start to finish
  • Proactively communicate order issues and provide effective solutions
  • Collaborate with production teams to expedite orders and support special delivery requests
  • Provide timely and accurate freight quotes
  • Support order corrections and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with sample requests
  • Manage and respond to customer warranty inquiries

Requirements

###Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Experience managing projects and coordinating across multiple stages of a project lifecycle
  • Furniture industry knowledge is required; experience with an office furniture dealer or manufacturer is considered an asset
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours or extended shifts when required
