Continuous Improvement & Value Optimization

Identify long-term value opportunities around cost efficiency, process optimization, supplier innovation, and performance improvement. Champion continuous improvement practices, including standardization, automation, and compliance strengthening. Mentor junior SM professionals on sourcing methodologies and strategic commercial thinking.

Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the senior point of contact for key D&C suppliers and internal operational leaders. Lead supplier performance reviews, risk mitigation plans, and contract management strategies. Build strong relationships with Drilling Superintendents, Well Engineers, Finance, HSE, and Supply Chain leadership.

Required

15–20 years of Supply Management experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with significant focus on Drilling & Completions. Deep knowledge of D&C categories (drilling fluids, OCTG, wellheads, completions equipment, wireline, cementing, directional drilling, etc.). Proven success negotiating complex, high-value service contracts. Expert-level understanding of sourcing, contracting, category management, and supplier governance.
