Responsibilities

• Support piping design checking efforts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with the execution team to review and verify piping layouts and drawings for refinery modifications.
• Assist in workshare design activities, providing technical support and quality assurance.
• Contribute to project documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to meet project timelines and objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in brownfield refinery piping design.
• Strong proficiency in piping design software and tools.
• Ability to interpret and review piping layouts, isometric drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
• Previous experience supporting workshare design efforts in a refinery setting.

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with 3D modeling and CAD software specific to piping design.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards related to refinery piping.
• Additional certifications in piping design or related disciplines.

Preferred Education And Experience

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering field.
• 3-6 years of relevant piping design experience, preferably within refinery or chemical plant environments.
