Position Overview

Reporting to the Structures Manager, our Structures Technicians play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and fabricating structural components. They ensure all structural work meets regulatory requirements, engineering specifications, and Alpine Aerotech quality standards.

Their expertise in corrosion control, metal treatment, and precision fabrication directly contributes to the safety, reliability, and performance of the aircraft we support worldwide.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Design and lay out structural repairs in accordance with SRM, ADs, TBs, and engineering drawings.

  • Apply corrosion control and metal treatment processes with precision.

  • Assemble and fit structural components.

  • Fabricate sheet metal parts to exact specifications.

  • Follow safe work practices and proper PPE requirements.

  • Support additional tasks and projects as required.

  • Uphold the high standards that define the Alpine Aerotech brand.

What You'll Bring to our Team

  • Graduation from a Transport Canada accredited Aviation Structures program.

  • AME-S license or a desire to work toward certification.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

  • Strong time management and self-motivation.

  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships.

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Mindset to work smarter, not harder.
