As the Ad Operations Solutions Manager, you are a subject matter expert in media, ad tech, and client success who can effectively manage and influence outcomes at a broader team level, driving both team, domain, and business results.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and media agencies through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and effective issue resolution, supporting platform success and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Campaign & Performance Strategy: Deliver strategic and technical insights, conduct client portfolio reviews to suggest optimizations, and collaborate with Sales to drive user adoption, engagement, and incremental growth.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify business risks or roadblocks and collaborate with product teams to advocate for client needs and feedback, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the alignment and smooth operation of the company-owned platform, while contributing to the development of the feature roadmap.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine internal processes to improve efficiency, enhance client experiences, and support business growth.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Media, or Ad Tech.
- Expert-level knowledge of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and a strong ability to recommend advanced campaign optimization strategies.
- Demonstrate experience and understanding of media agencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- A proven track record of leading initiatives, mentoring others, and driving business outcomes.
- A mindset rooted in accountability, ownership, and growth - for yourself, the team, and the business.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
