About the role

We’re looking for a highly analytical, hands-on E-commerce & Digital Marketing Lead to manage and optimize our digital commerce ecosystem across Collective Arts. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across our direct to consumer channels, including multiple Shopify storefronts, email marketing, and various paid media. You will also oversee third-party marketplaces and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience from click to product delivery.
The successful candidate will understand that strong digital performance doesn’t happen in isolation; it requires alignment across many departments. You’ll work crossfunctionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance to ensure our digital channels are not only growing, but operating efficiently and profitably. This role reports to the Director, Spaces & E-commerce and plays a critical role in scaling our online business while supporting awareness and traffic to our physical spaces.

This role requires you to be in office at our brewery in Hamilton two days per week.
A typical day as E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead Includes:

  • Manage and optimize multiple Shopify storefronts, ensuring products, collections, inventory and content are accurate and up to date

  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience

  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post purchase, win back etc.)

  • Review campaign performance across Meta and Google Ads, making real-time adjustments to improve ROI

  • Oversee third-party platforms (Amazon, UberEats, etc.), ensuring listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and aligned with the Collective Arts brand

  • Analyze key performance metrics including traffic, conversion, revenue, CAC, and ROAS, and translate insights into actions

  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign launches, product drops, and promotional calendars

  • Work with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure inventory alignment and a smooth customer fulfillment experience

  • Troubleshoot platform issues, integrations, or customer experience gaps as they arise

  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate across all digital channels to drive growth

How your time will be organized:

-**E-commerce Management & Optimization 50%:**Own day-to-day management of Shopify storefronts, including product setup, merchandising, inventory,navigation, and site performance. -**Email Marketing & CRM 20%:**Develop and execute email campaigns and lifecycle automations. Manage segmentation, list growth, and database health while continuously improving engagement, retention, and revenue contribution. -**Performance Marketing 20%:**Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google. Manage budgets, test creative and audiences, and drive efficient customer acquisition with a focus on ROAS and CAC. -**Analytics & Reporting 20%:**Track and report on key digital KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer behaviour. Maintain dashboards and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and growth strategies. Present these findings to Commercial Leadership

We are looking for candidates who have/are:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally in the CPG industry

  • High level of knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS and custom website coding

  • Hands on experience managing Shopify (or similar CMS platforms) and related integrations

  • Strong experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and CRM/database management

  • Proven ability to run and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, dashboards, and performance reporting tools

  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization and digital customer journeys

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align digital initiatives with operations and supply chain realities

  • Self-starter mentality with a bias for action, testing, and continuous improvement

  • Passion for building brands and creating strong consumer experiences across digital channels
