You Are: A thought leader and an expert in the field of Data &Analytics, who can connect and advise senior clients leveraging your storytelling skills and strong data driven mindset. As a Data & AI leader, you will coach our up-and-coming leaders and help develop their careers, in addition to guiding our diverse multi-disciplinary workforces, on a day-to-day basis on solving our client’s data challenges.
As a Data &AI Senior Manager, you will apply deep delivery acumen for data driven engagements, architecting value, and leverage operating model architecture skills to influence client agendas through business insight to usher in data driven reinvention and make data governance a part of their organization culture. You will partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues at the intersection of business, technology, and operations within a complex data management landscape, in keeping with client industry and global economic, technology and social trends.
What you’ll be doing:- Oversee and mentor a team of data consultants, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while delivering high-quality data solutions.

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure data architectures on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Drive the adoption of best practices in data management, including ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.

Leading diverse delivery, teams working with clients on a day-to-day basis

Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define and execute the client organizations' data strategy, aligning data initiatives with overall business objectives.

Lead the development of data products and solutions that provide actionable insights and drive business growth.

Implement and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and accessibility. Champion data quality initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of data infrastructure, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and innovation. Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems and integrate new technologies.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex and large data projects, from planning and resource allocation to execution and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet Accenture’s highest quality standards.

Keep abreast of the latest developments in data management, cloud computing, and big data technologies. Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge tools and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge. Here’s what you need:- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data solutions, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role, a proven track record of architecting and implementing large-scale data solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Deep understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data modeling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Scala, as well as experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.

Hands-on experience with cloud-based data services and tools, including data lakes, data pipelines, and real-time data processing.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Ability to translate business objectives into a clear data strategy. Experience in driving data initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.

Understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices. Experience in implementing and enforcing data quality, security, and compliance standards across large datasets.

Excellent project and program delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in stakeholder management and in presenting to senior leadership.

A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data management, cloud computing, and big data technologies. Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving field. Bonus points if:- Previous experience within the consulting industry.
