Description
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of ICI construction projects in Toronto.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management as required.

Profile
- Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, particularly with large-scale projects.
- Proven experience managing ICI construction projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- PMP, LEED, or Gold Seal certifications are considered assets.
