About the role
Role Description The Account Executive role at KOKI Group is a full-time remote position responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting strategic business objectives. In this role, the Account Executive will oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering presentations and product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Account Executive will maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily activities include collaborating with internal teams to align on deliverables, tracking account performance, updating CRM records, and preparing reports and forecasts for leadership. The role also involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, gathering market and customer feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and offerings.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in account management or sales, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage with stakeholders at different levels. Proficiency in using CRM systems and related sales tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and generate reports. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines in a remote work environment. Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to evaluate account performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Prior experience in a remote role and familiarity with online collaboration tools is highly beneficial. Industry experience relevant to KOKI Group’s products or services is a plus.
