About the role

Job Description Regional Sales Manager Amico Mobility Solutions – Richmond Hill, ON Fast growing medical equipment company looking for sales professionals with 2 – 4 years of experience.

The successful candidate will work in a tight knit sales team who are influential in the growth and direction of our organization. The sales team’s feedback directly impacts the product and service offerings of our organization in a highly competitive, fast-paced, continuously changing environment. We are in an explosive and high growth area and as a result, you will have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally as we continue to build our brand in the medical market.

Training will be hands on with mentorship by the senior members of the sales team.

You will need to have the confidence to make decisions and perform presentations while learning on the job. Your income will be uncapped, a combination of salary, commission and bonus.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Working out of our Richmond Hill office, the successful candidate will manage a geographical territory
  • Selling safe patient handling equipment directly to Hospital Executives, Equipment Planners and Clinical leadership.
  • Growing revenues from an existing base of clients and expanding into new accounts
  • Prospecting to generate and qualify leads
  • Consulting with clients to custom design the right solution for their application

Here is what we are looking for in a candidate:

  • 2-4 years business to business sales experience
  • History of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience cold calling and presenting virtually and in-person
  • Ability to travel to the U.S for client meetings and trade shows
  • Experience in healthcare sales considered an asset.
  • College or University education is preferred
  • Professional Sales training preferred
