We’re hiring a high-energy Inside Sales Representative (ISR Hybrid) to own the front line of customer engagement—converting inbound traffic, rental activity, and dormant accounts into profitable equipment sales. This is not a passive counter role. This is a revenue-generating sales position with clear expectations, measurable performance, and real earning potential.
What You’ll Own Convert walk-in traffic, phone calls, and rental inquiries into equipment sales Proactively generate opportunities through outbound calls, follow-ups, and campaigns Identify and capitalize on rental-to-purchase, trade-in, and upgrade opportunities Qualify leads and feed high-value opportunities to outside sales Re-engage dormant accounts and uncover untapped revenue Leverage CRM to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and close deals
What Winning Looks Like Consistent lead generation and conversion Strong outbound activity and follow-up discipline High close rates on inbound and rental-driven opportunities Active contribution to gross profit and revenue growth Ability to turn every customer interaction into a sales opportunity
