Job Posting Title: Java Developer – Spring/Docker/Jenkins

Ideal Candidate:

• The ideal candidate will be a strong Java Developer with expertise in Spring, Docker and Jenkins.
• Previous recent experience with building and generating financial / regulatory reports will be highly preferred.

Role/Project:

• This is a new regulatory initiative

Details:

• Hybrid - in-person 4x a week with some flexibility until September – 44 King Street West
• Contract: to February 27, 2026 / Extension: Yes
• Schedule Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Business group: GTA - Treasury Technology

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as Java Developer
• 4-5 years of experience with Spring
• Previous recent experience with building and generating financial / regulatory reports.
• 3+ years of experience with Docker
• 3+ years of experience with Jenkins
• 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Previous experience working with TOP 5 Banks/FI
• Previous exp with collateral and securities related projects is nice to have
• 2+ years of exp with Python
• 2+ years of exp with Shell scripting
• 3+ years of experience Unix

Degrees or certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field

Typical Day in Role:

• Generate the new BoC security report based on the business requirements.
• Look up LRDC Reference file to populate certain new attribute
• Reconcile the H4 cell between this new security return and H4 report.
• Generate the test report for month of Jul-Dec'2025 for submission
• Deploy the code to production and create enough documentation for BAU
