Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform safety and security checks. Supervise other workers. Work with minimal supervision. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Forklift Operator Certification. Area of work experience: Cleaning. Regulations knowledge: Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations. Equipment: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers. Polishing machines. Steam cleaners.
