Position Overview:

We’re growing our Central Corporate Strategy Execution team. As aStrategy Execution Lead(Director) you will turn enterprise strategy into action – prioritizing initiatives, aligning cross‑functional teams, and driving focused, measurable execution across the business. You’ll foster accountability, maintain pace, and ensure the organization delivers against its most important goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the day‑to‑day execution of Canada Goose’s corporate strategy,aligning cross‑functional teamsto the company’s highest‑impact strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams across the organization totranslate strategy into actionable plans, with clear ownership, timelines, and measures of success. -Hold individuals and teams accountablefor their contributions to the strategy’s execution, tracking milestones, deliverables, and ensuring timely completion. -Proactively solve problemswith structured thinking, curiosity, and urgency, bringing solutions to the table.
  • Usedata, dashboards, and AI toolsto surface insights, measure progress, andcourse‑correct quickly. -Monitor and reportcandidly on key metrics, risks, and opportunities, challenging the status quowith courage and care.
  • Foster a culture ofcollaborati****on and transparency,leading through influence and encouraging aconsumer‑centricmindset.

KeyQualificationsand Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred, but not required

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in strategic development and execution, business management, and transformational change with relevant experience in management consulting or corporate strategy

  • Experience leading complex, high-profile strategic projects, managing cross-functional teams, and providing thought leadership in a senior role

  • Willingness to be candid with colleagues at all levels and to challenge the status quo, introducing new ideas and adapting quickly to changing business needs

  • Able to approach problems with creativity, organize and structure analysis effectively, and develop practical solutions to complex challenges

  • Data-driven and expert in analyzing and leveraging data to inform decisions and measure progress

  • Operate with pace and are actively experimenting with AI to drive speed

  • Able to build meaningful relationships, positively influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration across different teams and levels

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences

Salary Range:

$137,000.00 - $171,000.00 / year
