Ce poste est idéal pour un étudiant ou une étudiante possédant de solides bases en design et souhaitant acquérir une expérience pratique dans un environnement professionnel dynamique. Vous contribuerez à des projets numériques et imprimés, participerez à la production de divers outils marketing et aurez l’occasion de proposer de nouvelles idées créatives et d’explorer de nouvelles technologies, y compris l’intelligence artificielle. Principales responsabilités Créer et adapter du matériel marketing pour les canaux numériques, imprimés, en magasin et les médias sociaux Participer à la production de fichiers prêts à l’utilisation pour les campagnes marketing, l’emballage et les programmes de vente au détail Veiller au respect des lignes directrices des marques et des normes d’identité visuelle Collaborer avec le studio de création et les équipes marketing dans l’exécution des campagnes Contribuer au développement créatif et proposer de nouvelles idées de design Participer à l’organisation des fichiers, à la gestion des bibliothèques de ressources et aux vérifications de contrôle de la qualité Explorer et soutenir l’utilisation d’outils d’intelligence artificielle dans les processus de design et de création de contenu Contribuer à l’élaboration de matériel conforme aux normes de marque et aux exigences réglementaires applicables Qualifications requises Être actuellement inscrit(e) à un programme d’études postsecondaires en design graphique ou dans un domaine connexe Présenter un portfolio démontrant de solides compétences en mise en page, en typographie et en design graphique Maîtriser les applications Adobe Creative Cloud (p. ex. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects et Adobe Express) Posséder une bonne compréhension des principes de base de la production imprimée et numérique Faire preuve d’un grand souci du détail et être capable de respecter les lignes directrices relatives aux marques Être organisé(e), capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et de travailler efficacement en équipe Démontrer une pensée créative et un intérêt pour l’image de marque et le marketing de détail Faire preuve de curiosité envers les nouvelles technologies, notamment l’intelligence artificielle appliquée aux flux de travail en design Qualifications privilégiées Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) ainsi qu'une connaissance de la réglementation en matière de marketing dans les secteurs de la santé et de la pharmacie constituent des atouts. - Program Overview McKesson’s Intern program is designed to provide: A real-life working environment A solid foundation of experience A cohort experience with other interns Consistent senior leadership exposure and learning experiences. Passion and enthusiasm for healthcare and our customers’ success Work Term: Fall 2026- September 8th through December 31st Location: Saint-Laurent, QC, CAN - 4705 Dobrin Street or Mississauga, ON, CAN - 2300 Meadowvale Blvd (Hybrid) About the Role (Job Summary) We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our in-house creative studio and support the development of high-quality marketing assets across a portfolio of national retail and private label brands. This role is ideal for a student with strong design fundamentals who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world environment. You’ll contribute to both digital and print work, support production of assets, and have opportunities to bring forward creative ideas and explore new tools, including AI. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Create and adapt marketing assets across digital, print, in-store, and social channels Support production of ready-to-use files for campaigns, packaging, and retail programs Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity standards Collaborate with the creative studio and marketing teams on campaign execution Contribute to creative development and bring forward fresh design ideas Assist with file organization, asset libraries, and quality control checks Explore and support the use of AI tools in design and content creation Support development of materials in line with brand and applicable regulatory guidelines Requirements (Qualifications) Currently enrolled in a Graphic Design or related post-secondary program Strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, and overall design fundamentals Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Express). Understanding of basic print and digital production Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines Organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively Creative mindset with interest in branding and retail marketing Curiosity for new tools, including AI in design workflow Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/French) and awareness of healthcare/pharmacy marketing regulations are an asset We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
