Position: Business Operations & Analytics Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50 - $60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and inefficiencies. Create and refine dashboards and KPI reports to support data-driven decision-making. Develop and document process flows and workflow analyses for actionable insights. Design visual documentation to communicate complex data and recommendations effectively. Construct rubrics and frameworks for evaluating operational outcomes. Translate data findings into concise recommendations for diverse business stakeholders.
Requirements
Have strong relevant experience in operations management, business analysis, or strategy roles. Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools and KPI reporting platforms is required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex concepts are essential. Hands-on expertise in process documentation and workflow optimization is necessary. Strong aptitude for interpreting and visualizing data in charts and executive summaries is required.
