We have 11 different locations across North America in three different segments of the pulp and paper industry (Paper, Fiber and Recovery). Since August 2023, we acquired Hanna Paper, now Sustana Recovery. Sustana Recovery is committed to providing wastepaper management solutions that meet the specific needs of each of their customers, ensuring that they have access to the most efficient and cost-effective wastepaper management solution for their unique requirements. With this strategic acquisition, Sustana is committed to continuously investing in the stability and the sustainability circle of its supply chain. YOUR MANDATE
We are looking for an experienced and talented person to join our warehouse team. The main tasks include cutting paper rolls and operating the conveyor system. You will also check products for defects and make sure they meet quality standards, including other related tasks. You must follow safety rules and help keep the work area clean and safe. This role requires vigilance, precision, and the ability to adapt to factory conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Operate commercials vehicles safely and efficiently Perform pickup and deliveries as assigned Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Secure loads properly and ensure safe transportation Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery documents, and inspection reports Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally Other related duties assigned
Qualifications
Valid AZ Driver's License A minimum of 1 to 2 years of commercial driving experience (preferred) Must be able to operate manual transmission Ability to perform occasional hand booming ( swapping bins of material) Skill in maneuvering tractor-trailer in tight spaces Strong understanding of safe loading Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
