Sunny Shores Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our patient centered, fast paced clinic in Kamloops.
This role is ideal for a strong administrator who is confident managing a busy schedule, prioritizing efficiency, and delivering a professional patient experience.

SCHEDULE
- 32–40 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday
- No evenings or weekends
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage front desk operations in a busy practice environment
- Coordinate and optimize provider schedules
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Handle patient communications professionally
- Process insurance claims, payments, and treatment estimates
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative teams
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous dental reception or dental administration experience is preferred
- Medical office or hospital administration experience will also be considered an asset
- Experience with Power Practice is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of scheduling, insurance, and patient coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
