How will you contribute to our success?
- Collaborate with the ESG Director in the development and execution of the ESG strategy across the Environmental, Social, and Governance pillars
- Lead and coordinate decarbonization initiatives, including GHG reduction strategies, alternative and future fuels, and fleet‑wide decarbonization planning
- Lead the preparation of the Sustainability Report, including planning, data coordination, content development, and internal review processes
- Monitor and consolidate evolving global ESG related regulations that can impact the shipping industry, with the support of Government Relations, Fuel Procurement, Legal, TechOps, Operations, HR, etc
- Act as a key liaison between ESG, technical, commercial, legal, and operational teams to ensure alignment and execution of ESG priorities

- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, levels, and regions, and to engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Self-starter and ability to work independently within a global, matrixed organization
- Ability to develop clear, impactful presentations for senior and external audiences
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and accountability
Knowledge of English is neces sary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
