Position: Supply Chain Management Specialist III Pay rate: $50-$55/hr on T4 || $60-$62/hr on INC Location: Calgary AB or North York, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

High-Level Description: The Specialist, SCM Power Projects & Operations is responsible for leading SCM activities related to project transition into Operations. The role supports both Project and Power Operations teams by optimizing total cost of ownership, mitigating risk, and ensuring operational reliability.

Key Accountabilities: Lead SCM activities related to project-to-operations transition, ensuring all warranty terms and documentation are transferred. Act as primary SCM interface for warranty matters between Projects, Operations, OEMs, EPCs, and secondary suppliers. Coordinate and manage OEM and EPC warranty claims. Track, maintain documentation, and provide reporting for all warranty claims. Manage full lifecycle of warranty claims through closure. Required Qualifications: AS or BS in Chemistry (new grads welcome) General knowledge of analytical chemistry and lab techniques Comfortable with computers and lab instrumentation Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management. 7+ years of SCM experience, preferably in Vendor Management, Supplier Relationship Management, or Warranty Management. Experience in review, negotiation, and execution of Supply contracts.
