About the role

The Equipment Service Technician (EST) is responsible for promptly repairing and maintaining dental equipment, contacting vendors and coordinating repairs sent directly from customers and technicians to vendors. The EST will also communicate all aspects of repairs and estimates to customers, providing customer service for repair and maintenance inquiries. In this role the EST develops customer relationships and provides support with the goal to grow the territory, this includes sourcing new accounts and promoting preventative maintenance agreements.
