The expected base salary range for this position is $80/Hr - $84/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Senior Python Developer with 5-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development using Django and/or Flask, excellent SQL optimization skills, and experience working in the Banking or Capital Markets domain.
Knowledge of the Quartz Framework for job scheduling is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Python.
Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Django and/or Flask frameworks.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to improve application and database performance.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
Support application deployments and production releases.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of hands-on experience in Python application development.
Strong experience with Django and/or Flask frameworks.
Excellent knowledge of SQL with proven experience in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Experience working in Banking or Capital Markets environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the Quartz Framework or other enterprise job scheduling frameworks.
Familiarity with messaging systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
