JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Located in London, Ontario, our retail store is a go-to destination for beer lovers and brand enthusiasts. We offer a wide selection of Labatt products, exclusive merchandise, and a chance to experience our rich brewing heritage—all while delivering exceptional service to every guest.

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while managing inventory, cash handling, and merchandising. You’ll promote Labatt products, ensure compliance with Smart Serve regulations, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and helpful experience.
- Stock and rotate products in coolers using FIFO principles to keep shelves and rails full.
- Manage customer returns and empties efficiently.
- Organize and display products with attention to detail for optimal presentation.
- Transfer and stock pallets from the warehouse to the cooler using equipment such as pallet trucks, forklifts, and keg lifts.
- Promote and upsell beer deals and merchandise to customers.
- Develop strong product and brand knowledge of Labatt beers and our tour program.
- Safely lift up to 33 lbs and assist with loading kegs as needed.
- Ensure all beer sales comply with Smart Serve regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with HACCP and BRC standards.
- Use sound judgment to proactively resolve operational issues.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and ensure proper inventory control.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education combined with prior experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Proven merchandising experience with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience handling high-volume cash transactions.
- Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the retail store and surrounding areas.
