We’re looking for dedicated and dynamic Concierge Advisors who are passionate about crafting extraordinary travel experiences. This is not a transactional booking role, it’s about listening deeply, building trust, and curating journeys that reflect each client’s unique style, passions, and dreams.
As a Concierge Advisor, you will blend creativity, problem-solving, and sales expertise to deliver seamless, personalized experiences. You will serve as both a trusted guide and a relationship builder, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Design Dream Journeys : Craft travel itineraries that go far beyond the ordinary.
- Be the Trusted Partner : Build long-term relationships and become the go-to advisor for repeat luxury travelers.
- Own Your Work : Enjoy autonomy to manage your time, balancing flexibility with client needs.
- Collaborate to Elevate : Partner with sales and product teams to refine offerings and share client insights.
- Solve with Confidence : Anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and deliver a stress-free experience.
- Leverage Expertise : Use your travel knowledge to recommend the best hotels, hidden gems, and local experiences.
- Drive Results : Apply consultative sales skills to upsell, personalize, and close high-value bookings.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury service is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- A knack for problem-solving and building trust.
- A passion for travel with personal experiences, destination knowledge is
- Sales drive with the ability to recommend and upsell tailored experiences.
