1235 Wilson Avenue, Toronto ON

Hybrid role. In office Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility for donor meetings, events and internal collaboration.

Salary Range: $100,717.70 - $120,107.73

About The Role This is a rare opportunity to own and shape the data ecosystem behind a leading hospital foundation .

As Senior Manager, Database & Donor Systems, you will be the strategic leader responsible for how donor and fundraising data is structured, governed, and used across the Foundation. With accountability for Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge , you’ll ensure data integrity, financial accuracy, and meaningful insights that directly support fundraising success, stewardship, and decision-making.

This role blends deep technical expertise with leadership and influence . You’ll set standards, design systems, supervise a Data Entry Coordinator, partner closely with fundraising and finance leaders, and act as the escalation point for complex data and system challenges. What You’ll Do (At a Glance)

  • Own and steward the Foundation’s donor and fundraising data ecosystem
  • Lead data governance, coding structures, system optimization, and reporting
  • Oversee integration and reconciliation between Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Train and support staff while setting standards for data quality and system use
  • Lead system upgrades, improvements, and vendor relationships
