About the role

  • As Influencer Marketing Associate Manager at Quince, you will be responsible for scaling gifted partnerships to drive profitable growth from end to end to accelerate Quince’s growth in Canada, as well as assisting with LTK and ShopMy efforts in Canada alongside the US Quince Influencer Team
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of brand-fit, brand-safe influencers and creators aligned to campaign objectives
  • Oversees influencer campaigns from start to finish across all tiers of influencers to help scale the brand’s social presence and drive a highly efficient converting marketing channel
  • Manages typical tasks including, but not limited to, influencer outreach, sourcing, vetting, negotiations, contracts, order placement, content tracking, reporting, and KPI measurement
  • Responsible for monthly budget allocation, campaign set up, product allocation, and briefs that ladder back to overarching company goals
  • Contributes strong ideas to help evolve influencer initiatives to maximize effectiveness for core products for both earned & paid efforts
  • Can work cross-functionally with internal teams and teammates to support all relevant initiatives, influencer requests, and content needs- The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and experience working with Sigma, Lookr etc
  • Deep understanding of influencer contracts, usage rights, and partnership structures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
  • Experience working with creator management platforms (LTK, ShopMy, Impact Radius, CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, GRIN, or similar tools)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Proven track record of meeting KPI targets
  • Minimum of 5 years in an influencer or affiliate marketing role required
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Has a deep knowledge and passion for all social media platforms and stays on top of current trends
  • Role is based in Toronto, with 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) in office requirement
  • Ability to analyze influencer performance data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in CPG, Retail, Fashion, Beauty is a plus
