Position Purpose:
The Sales Rep is responsible for managing relationships with clients and driving revenue growth by selling products or services. They act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their role involves prospecting new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams like marketing and customer support to deliver value. They also analyze sales data and market trends to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to generate new business.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and promote products or services to meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting revenue targets.
- Maintain records and report on sales activities using CRM tools or other systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications:
Required Education
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Required Qualifications
- Sales, account management, or customer-facing experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships.
- Ability to identify client needs and deliver strategic solutions.
- Capable of managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
Preferred qualifications:
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree - Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
- Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)
- Certified Negotiations Expert
