Role: HR Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Part-Time Payout: $10 - $36/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an HR Expert to support workforce management on a part-time basis. The role involves addressing employee inquiries, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Candidates must have prior experience in human resources or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment law is required.
- Experience with HR information systems or databases is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Prior experience in a similar HR support role is required.
